A figure looks wrong

This is the most useful message we get. Send the operator's page or a screenshot and we will check it. If the operator's terms disagree with our table, the operator is right and we will correct the page.

A question about wagering or terms

If a requirement is unclear, ask. Explaining how a specific multiplier applies to a specific offer is the thing this site is for.

Editorial complaints

If you think a page is misleading, tell us which sentence and why. Complaints about accuracy get a substantive answer, not a form reply.

Operators and partners

Commercial enquiries are welcome at the same address, with one condition stated up front: placement is not for sale and we do not send drafts for approval. See how we rate.

What we cannot help with

We are an independent publisher, not an operator, a regulator or a dispute service. We have no access to your casino account and no ability to release a withdrawal, reverse a bonus forfeiture or recover funds. If you have a dispute with an operator, the route is the operator's own complaints process first, then the external adjudicator named in its terms, then the licensing authority.

We also cannot advise on whether gambling is legal at your address. That depends on your national and sometimes regional law, and getting it wrong on your behalf would be worse than declining to answer.
