Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It was last updated on 29 July 2026. We are the controller for the processing described here.

What we collect

Information you send us
If you email us, we hold your address and the content of your message so we can reply and, where you have reported an error, so we can record what we corrected and when.
Technical and usage data
Standard server and analytics data: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and timestamps. We use this in aggregate to understand which pages are read and whether the site works on real devices.
Affiliate referral data
When you follow a link to an operator, that operator's tracking system records that the visit came from us, using a tracking parameter in the link and its own cookie. This is how commission is attributed. We receive aggregate reporting from it. We do not receive your name, your account details, your deposits, your play or your losses.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, we do not ask for financial information, and we never request account credentials. No legitimate site in this market will.

Legal bases

Replying to your message is necessary to respond to your request. Keeping the site secure and functional rests on our legitimate interests. Analytics and affiliate attribution beyond what is strictly necessary rest on your consent, given through the cookie notice and withdrawable at any time.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and your preferences remembered. Analytics cookies measure aggregate usage. Affiliate cookies, set by the operator rather than by us once you follow a link, attribute a referral for a defined period.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. Blocking affiliate cookies does not change anything you read here; it means a referral may not be attributed to us. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who host the site, deliver email and provide analytics, all acting on our instructions, and with an affiliate network to the extent needed to attribute a referral. We disclose data where the law requires it.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer relies on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Email correspondence: up to 24 months, longer where it records a correction to a published figure. Analytics: aggregated or deleted within 26 months. Server logs: a short rolling period for security purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction of it, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting what was lawful before.

To exercise any of these, write to editorial@beastybike.eu. We respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country of residence.

Security and changes

The site is served over HTTPS and access to correspondence is restricted to the people who need it. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information by email. If we change this policy the date at the top will change, and material changes will be flagged on the page.
